Summary: The Program and Customer Service Manager will manage the day-to-day client interaction providing exemplary customer service through ordering assistance, program logistics and organization to new and existing client issues. Additionally, working closely with the Mediation Training Institute (MTI) Executive Director and Assistant Director, this position will assist in updating workplace mediation training curriculum and offerings.

NOTE: For the first three months in the role, this position will backfill for a maternity leave in the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile department before beginning fulltime in MTI.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Services
• Coordinate logistics for all MTI programs and conferences including managing venue relationships and arrangements, room reservations, catering, materials and logistical support
• Manage relationship with current clients by answering questions, solving problems, and processing product orders in a timely and professional manner
• Manage all aspects of program and product logistics including communicating with participants, binding reports, and organizing and shipping program materials
• Updating, receiving and shipping of materials and tracking inventory
• Manage list of master trainer and key partners
• Track program against its schedule, budget and against phase review objectives, reporting status to supervisor on a regular basis and executive staff on an as needed basis
• Create Cost of Conflict and Conflict Management Strategy surveys to existing clients
• Works with Omni Press and other printers to manage materials and print inventory
Program Design and Management
• Assist the Executive Director in updating the MTI Workplace Mediation programs to provide more relevant and up-to-date content
• Assist the Executive Director and Assistant Director in the research for a school-age prevention program on anti-bullying
• Assist the Executive Director with Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP) and Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile (EMP) Feedback Sessions and Certifications as needed
• Assist the Executive Director with on campus CDP and EMP program delivery as needed

Other Responsibilities
• Function as backup to Assistant Director on prospective client inquiries
• Function as primary backup for EMP program manager
• Support other ECE products and programs as needed
• Performing other duties as assigned
General Requirements
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and a track record of working successfully in a collaborative, team-based environment
• 1+ years' experience and understanding of psychometric assessments preferred
• Flexible, adaptable with clients, colleagues and organization needs
• Detailed, organized and resourceful
• Ethical, reliable, and trustworthy
• Successful with managing and performing in multi-tasking environment
• Self-motivated, self-directed and confident in making sound business decisions
• Proficient computer skills (must be proficient in all Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint), Salesforce knowledge is a plus

• Able to multi-task several projects/programs at the same time
• Detailed, organized, and resourceful, reliable and trustworthy
Education: Master's degree in Psychology or HR preferred, but not required. Bachelor's degree required.
