Visiting Assistant Professor in Marine Invertebrate Biology. One-year, non-tenure-track appointment to start September 2024. A Ph.D. in Oceanography, Marine Science, or related field is required. Seeking an expert in marine invertebrate biology with a demonstrated commitment to excellence in undergraduate teaching. The teaching load will consist of seven courses in a 3-1-3 format, including a short Winter Term course during January. The primary teaching responsibility is for the 200-level Marine Invertebrate Biology course, typically taught to juniors. Additional teaching responsibilities may include contribution to our introductory-level course in Biological Oceanography.
